Will I receive the exact product shown in the picture?
Yes! All irgems photos are shot under natural lighting to accurately represent our zircon, artificial, and anti-tarnish jewelry. What you see is exactly what arrives.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt is sent directly to your registered email upon order completion. You can also view it inside My Account > Orders on irgems.pk.
How can I return or exchange an item?
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate the process.
Will you restock items indicated as "out of stock"?
